Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Impaseroge Media ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Impaseroge Media regarding your use of our makeup artistry services and website.

2. Description of Services

Impaseroge Media provides professional makeup artistry services including but not limited to:

• Film and television makeup services
• Red carpet and special event makeup
• Editorial and commercial photoshoot makeup
• Personal styling and consultation services
• Bridal and wedding makeup services
• Special effects and character makeup

All services are provided by licensed and professional makeup artists in accordance with industry standards.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Service Booking

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed contract
• Service dates and times are subject to availability
• We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance
• Rush bookings (less than 48 hours notice) may incur additional fees

3.2 Confirmation and Deposits

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the scheduled service
• Final payment is due upon completion of services

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

• Pricing is based on the type of service, duration, location, and specific requirements
• Travel fees may apply for services outside the Greater Toronto Area
• Overtime rates apply for services extending beyond agreed timeframes
• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is accepted via cash, credit card, or electronic transfer
• Final payment is due immediately upon completion of services
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

• More than 72 hours before service: Full refund of deposit
• 24-72 hours before service: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 24 hours before service: No refund of deposit
• No-show: Full service fee charged

5.2 Company Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and we will assist in finding alternative arrangements when possible.

5.3 Rescheduling

• Services may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance
• Additional rescheduling may incur administrative fees
• Subject to artist availability

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your requirements and any allergies or skin sensitivities
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide a clean, well-lit workspace when services are provided at your location
• Communicate any changes to requirements as soon as possible
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
• Provide accurate contact information and respond to communications promptly

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Hygiene Standards

We maintain the highest hygiene standards including:

• Use of disposable applicators and sanitized tools
• Professional-grade, hypoallergenic products
• Regular health and safety training for all staff

7.2 Allergies and Sensitivities

• Clients must disclose any known allergies or skin sensitivities before service
• We recommend patch testing for clients with sensitive skin
• We are not liable for reactions to products when allergies are not disclosed

8. Intellectual Property and Image Rights

8.1 Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please inform us before service begins.

8.2 Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding personal information and project details, especially for celebrity and high-profile clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Clients assume responsibility for any adverse reactions to products when allergies are not disclosed

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
• Government regulations or public health emergencies
• Transportation strikes or disruptions
• Acts of terrorism or civil unrest

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

11.2 Dispute Process

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
